Subscription DRaaS services

TierPoint maintains and offers an array of technology to assist in disaster recovery situations.  Clients can subscribe to these resources via the Subscription Schedule.

The Subscription Schedule details may include, but are not limited to, the Start Date, End Date, Effective Date of the Subscription Schedule, Test Time Allowances, and the number of workspaces, types and quantities of hardware configurations, network services, specified TierPoint locations to support the Client disaster recovery activities, optional Technical Support, infrastructure resources and charges.

In the event a disaster occurs, the Subscription Schedule resources will be allocated to Clients on a first come, first serve basis.
